This customer heard about Unlimited Outdoor Kitchen after he saw his brother and sister-in-law’s outdoor barbecue island. Mr. Minihan was so impressed that he hired UOK to build one in his newly renovated backyard as well.
The process started when Michael, owner of UOK, visited the Minihan house and showed them various outdoor kitchen designs. At UOK, we believe it’s important to be completely transparent with our clients about costs, and this meeting was no different. We wasted no time finding out what kind of budget the Minihans were working with because we never want to pressure clients to spend more than they’re comfortable with. Once the budget was established, we suggested designs that we thought would work well in the Minihan’s backyard. We also guided them through the process of customizing their kitchen’s features, including granite countertops, exterior materials, cabinet combinations, and more.
Since the Minihans were just coming off of a large backyard landscaping project, our team worked closely with the landscape contractor to determine when the backyard would be ready for the barbecue island installation. The actual installation process was a breeze as it usually is. After a few all-day workdays,the barbecue island was complete, and the Minihans told us they couldn’t be happier with the finished product.
